Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable bancassurance products.
  • Promote and sell a range of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions, ensuring clients' needs are met.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance portfolio.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Insurance (e.g., ACII, CII) is an added advantage.
  • Proven sales experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and financial markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
