Habib Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer - Liabilities.

Responsibilities or duties

Acquire new-to-bank business accounts achieve agreed growth objectives. Identify & pursue new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals & networking. Promote & cross-sell transaction banking, digital banking & trade finance solutions as part of the JCI initiative. Understand clients' evolving needs & provide value-driven financial solutions. Monitor account activity, increase wallet share & support deposit mobilisation. Implement strategies aimed at growing the client portfolio while ensuring long-term retention. Build & maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML & regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate & up-to-date client records, documentation & account information. Report on client acquisition, portfolio performance & accounts sales activities. Track & analyze business performance against established targets & objectives. Report market intelligence & client feedback to support product development & business strategy. Support business initiatives & campaigns to acquire customers, grow revenue & enter new markets.
