Background
Drive client acquisition, loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and recovery performance within a fast-growing microfinance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage new & existing clients
- Drive loan disbursements and repeat borrowing
- Monitor repayments and maintain portfolio quality
- Manage delinquent accounts and ensure recovery
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 2+ years' experience in Microfinance/Credit/Sales
- Strong sales, negotiation & repayment management skills
