Role Context

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through SBM Bank's comprehensive range of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions, including loans, deposits, and other financial products.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in relationship management or sales within the banking industry.
