Relationship Officers / Business Development Officers

Join our team and help us grow by building strong customer relationships and delivering value.

MAIN ROLE

• Acquire, maintain and grow the customer base and grow the customer through strong relationships
• Establish and implement repayment plans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire and onboard new customers in line with company procedures
• Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships
• Conduct proper KYC and due diligence to ensure customer viability
• Generate leads, conduct site visits and process loan applications
• Gather market intelligence and support business growth

Having experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

LOAN OFFICER KPIs:

• Disbursements
• New Customers
• Active Customers

COLLECTIONS OFFICER KPI:

• Collections

OTHER KPIs:

• Leads
• Dormant Reactivation
• Partial Payments
