REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a business.
- At least 2 years' work experience as a Loan Officer, Collection Officer or Relationship Officer.
- Good communication and customer service skills. Good negotiation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client attraction and retention.
- Meet loan disbursement and collection targets.
- Delivery of quality customer service to our esteemed clients.
