Phase 1: The Training Program (Months 1–12)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding and training program to build your skills in our corporate services, internal systems, and operational methodologies. Following this, you will be given clear, measurable assignments that contribute directly to our branch operations, allowing you to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
Phase 2: The Goal — Your Permanent Destination Role
The entire program is designed to prepare you to transition seamlessly into a full-time position within one of these three streams:
The Customer Service Executive Track
Destination Role: Customer Service Executive * The Mission: Act as the primary champion for our clients, ensuring world-class retention, satisfaction, and contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing key client accounts and resolving complex inquiries; coordinating directly with operations to ensure service delivery promises are met; collecting feedback to improve internal processes; and turning customer queries into long-term brand loyalty.

- Recent graduates or final-year students looking for a definitive, long-term career path.
- Energetic, self-motivated individuals aligned with our values of Service, Relationships, and Teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn complex business operations from the ground up.
- Proximity or willingness to work in Nairobi.

Skills: Excellent conflict-resolution skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate customer complaints.
Asset (Preferred): Experience in a call center, front office, hospitality, or client relationship role is highly valued.
Benefits:

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (alternate Saturdays off).

Tools Provided: Mobile phone, laptop, and necessary resources.
