REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI)

FOR CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION

HORN OF AFRICA - GROUND WATER FOR RESILIENCE PROJECT (HoAGW4RP)

1. The Government of the Republic of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Horn of Africa Ground Water for Resilience Project (HoAGW4RP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
2. The Water Sector Trust Fund now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the following Services.II. Consultancy services for performance-based grants Independent Verification Agent (IVA). (REFERENCE NO: KE-WSTF-563832-CS-QCBS-IVA)
3. I. Consultancy services for development of 5-year strategic plans as well as targeted business plans for the selected (identified) Operation & Maintenance operators for sustainability of water service provision in Garissa, Mandera, Wajir, Marsabit and Turkana. (Reference No: KE-WSTF-563842-CS-QCBS - S&BPS)
