Job Purpose

The Research Analyst will lead data collection, statistical analysis, and research methodology design to generate actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making for institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using modern statistical and data science tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Research Methods, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in research and data analysis.
• Strong command of statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent technical writing, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
