Job Purpose:
To handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent service to potential guests. This role is crucial for maximizing room occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations accurately in Opera PMS.
  • Respond to reservation inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Create and manage group blocks and individual guest profiles.
  • Liaise with the front office and sales departments regarding reservation details.
  • Handle pre-arrival procedures, including sending confirmations and preparing vouchers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel reservations role.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
