Reservations Executive (2 Positions)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or customer service within the travel or aviation industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) or airline-specific reservation platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and represent multiple airline brands professionally.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
