RESIDENTIAL ENTERTAINMENT (DJ) MANAGER
Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing entertainment activities, particularly music and DJ operations, to create an enjoyable and commercially successful guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate entertainment schedules.
- Manage DJs and other entertainment personnel.
- Coordinate music programming according to events, guest preferences, and brand standards.
- Ensure sound and entertainment equipment is properly maintained and operated.
- Coordinate entertainment for special events and functions.
- Work with management and marketing teams to promote entertainment events.
- Monitor guest response and entertainment performance.
- Ensure entertainment activities comply with hotel policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage entertainment-related suppliers and service providers where required.
- Prepare entertainment schedules and performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience in DJ, entertainment, events, nightlife, or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of music and entertainment trends.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and event-coordination abilities.
- Technical knowledge of sound and DJ equipment is an advantage.
