About the Role

As a Property Consultant in the Coast Region, you will play an essential role in driving property sales and leasing within your assigned area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, and passionate about real estate, with the ability to engage clients, build trust, and close deals effectively. You will be working independently while benefiting from the support and reputation of an established global brand. This role is well-suited to individuals who thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and consistently meet performance targets. You will have the opportunity to grow your earning potential while contributing to a team shaping the property market across the Coastal region.

Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and sell/lease residential or land properties across Kilifi and Mombasa.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client needs assessments to match buyers and tenants with suitable properties.
  • Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and developments within the Coast real estate market.
  • Prepare accurate reports, listings, documentation, and client updates.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the wider Pam Golding Properties team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property sales or leasing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Coast property market (added advantage, but not mandatory).
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong performers).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven.
  • You must live on the coast.
  • Must have a personal car (critical requirement).
  • Must be comfortable working on commission.
