Background

The Brigadier Boinett Foundation (BBF) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to support resource mobilization, donor engagement, and communications across our programmes in Education, Environment, and Culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential donors, partners, and funding institutions.
• Build and manage donor pipelines and funding opportunities.
• Lead development of proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events.
• Conduct field visits to strengthen donor engagement and project positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or NGO resource mobilization.
• Strong proposal writing and relationship management skills.
• Experience in the NGO/non-profit sector.
• Strong organisational and networking ability.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with technology-related systems supporting fundraising or reporting.
