Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional look.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
