Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with strong knowledge of both kitchen operations and service to oversee daily restaurant activities and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant, kitchen, and service operations
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
  • Supervise, train, and schedule service and kitchen staff
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Enforce hygiene, food safety, health, and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and control wastage
  • Oversee cash handling, shift handovers, and basic reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant supervisory role
  • Good understanding of kitchen operations and front-of-house service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
