Restaurant Supervisor

Job Purpose

To supervise daily restaurant operations, lead service teams, and ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant supervision.

Key Competencies

  • Leadership and team management.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
