Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery, excellent customer satisfaction, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Ensure staff adhere to established service standards.
- Coordinate restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and support restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily duties.
- Conduct performance monitoring and provide feedback.
Customer Service
- Ensure guests receive prompt and professional service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Promote a positive dining experience for all guests.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock usage and report operational issues.
- Prepare daily operational reports where required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
