About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the daily management of the bar, restaurant, team, stock, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bar and restaurant operations.
- Lead and train the front-of-house team.
- Manage stock, purchasing, and POS controls.
- Maintain high guest service standards.
- Support sales growth and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role.
- Experience supervising hospitality teams.
- Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and POS systems.
- Experience with stock management and purchasing.
