Background

This role is for a Retail Sales Associate at St John Ambulance, focusing on promoting and selling various products.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell first aid kits, health items, and branded merchandise. Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and answer queries. Operate POS for cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-PESA). Maintain stock, arrange displays, and perform monthly stock takes. Manage sales reconciliation, daily reports, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly sales targets and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Procurement, Sales, Business, or Customer Service (advantage). At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales. Basic knowledge of POS systems and mobile money handling (M-PESA). Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
