GENERAL PURPOSE

Our client, a fast-growing automotive tyres and spares parts company, seeks to hire an outgoing and ambitious Retail Sales Executive to be responsible for recruiting new customers around the branches, driving in-store traffic, and supporting the implementation of retail marketing initiatives.

• Business relationship building. Identifying and recruiting new and potential customers through field visits.
• Marketing initiatives implementation, conducting market research and surveys on competitor activities, and reporting on the findings.
• Regularly visiting assigned customers and developing relationships with the existing and potential customers with a view to retaining and growing branch sales on products and services.
• Offering sales support to the Retail team at the branches and increasing the number of local business partnerships around the Tyre Centers.
• Providing quality service to customers in accordance with established standards.
• Preparing weekly/monthly sales plans and updating all customer interactions on the company-provided CRM tool (Zendesk /Excel).

• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple customer demands.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. (Some roles may accept less depending on experience)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the field or retail sales, ideally in the automotive handling tyres, batteries, shocks, service, wiper blades, bulbs, etc.
