Our client in the retail industry is looking to recruit Retail Sales Executives to join their dynamic and results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new customers through proactive field visits
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Support marketing initiatives and execute in-store promotions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service with timely follow-ups
• Accurately update customer interactions on CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Product knowledge in tyres, batteries, shocks, and other automotive products is an added advantage
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
