JOB DETAILS:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Rider will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products and company documents to clients, hospitals, and pharmacies within assigned delivery zones.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver pharmaceutical products, parcels, and documents to clients safely and on time
- Handle and package all deliveries carefully to prevent damage or contamination
- Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, and receipts from all recipients
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in clean, roadworthy, and serviceable condition
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company safety guidelines
- Report accidents, breakdowns, or delivery irregularities to supervisor immediately
- Maintain accurate delivery records, waybills, and route logs
- Assist with loading and offloading at the warehouse as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum KCSE / Form 4 certificate
- Valid motorcycle riding licence — Class G or equivalent, current and clean
- Proven knowledge of Nairobi routes and delivery procedures
- Honest, punctual, physically fit, and reliable
- Minimum 1 year of professional motorcycle delivery experience
- PSV certificate or courier experience is an added advantage

Level of Education: high school
