Job Role: Room Attendant
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Room Attendant to join the team at a prestigious Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish room amenities and supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, service areas, and other public spaces.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
