JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our growing transport operations team.

Job Purpose

The Route Inspector monitors transport operations along assigned routes to ensure compliance with company standards, improve service delivery, and enhance passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicles operating on assigned routes.
• Ensure compliance with schedules and operational procedures.
• Inspect driver and conductor performance.
• Investigate customer complaints.
• Monitor passenger loading and route discipline.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Report operational challenges.
• Recommend service improvements.
• Support enforcement of company policies.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must submit the following:

• Certificate of Good Conduct
• Copy of National ID
• KRA PIN Certificate
• SHA Registration
• NSSF Registration
• Updated CV with relevant experience
• Two (2) Recent Passport-Size Photographs

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
