Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales of interior solutions, including kitchen countertops, wall panels, and commercial lighting.

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum 3+ years sales experience, preferably in interiors, construction, or building materials

• Proven experience working with architects and developers

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to read and interpret drawings is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Sales & Business Development

• Client Engagement

• Product Sales & Technical Advisory

• Team Leadership

• Project Coordination

• Market Intelligence

• Reporting & Performance

SALARY : KES 40,000 (NET)

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
