H. Young & Co. (E.A) Ltd, a leading Construction and Engineering Company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Manager to join our team.

The company has branches countrywide guarded by both internal and contracted guards.

The individual must be of high moral standing with a clean background and experience in management of security matters.

  • Manage all security affairs of the company from the Head Office to the various branches.
  • To coordinate the operations of both of its internal and contracted guards.
  • Propose better ways of improving security.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities to assist in smooth flow of operations.
  • Handling of cases concerning accidents, theft etc. This includes investigating and reporting.
  • Among other duties.
  • Good investigative skills.
  • Middle aged.
  • More than 5 years of experience with a reputable company at a senior security management level.
  • Conversant with the Kenyan Law.
  • Prior service with the Kenya Police or Armed forces will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
