Role Context
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SME Cluster Manager to lead our Western region operations. This role is crucial in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our Small and Medium Enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
The SME Cluster Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to grow the SME portfolio in the Western region.
- Managing a team of relationship managers to achieve set targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with SME clients.
- Assessing client needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SME banking or relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the Kenyan SME market.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
