Role Overview & Scope
The SOC Lead will direct security operations, incident response, vulnerability monitoring, and threat detection across corporate network infrastructure, cloud environments, and digital health enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Oversight: Direct real-time monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents across cloud and enterprise infrastructures.
- Incident Response: Lead response protocols for threat detection, forensic investigation, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Tooling & SIEM Management: Supervise and optimize SIEM, EDR, intrusion detection (IDS/IPS), and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Compliance & Auditing: Enforce cybersecurity compliance frameworks, lead vulnerability assessments, and conduct routine security drills.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or SOC Analyst certifications preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, threat hunting, and incident management leadership.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of network protocols, SIEM solutions, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management frameworks.
