We are seeking a visionary Manager to oversee operations and deliver
exceptional guest experiences.

Setting Goals: Establishing clear team objectives and vision based on business goals. Leading and Guiding: Directing the team's daily work, fostering a positive culture, and providing guidance. Delegating Tasks: Assigning tasks to team members and providing them with the authority and resources to complete them. Hiring and Onboarding: Participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees. Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. Professional Development: Supporting the career growth of team members. Team Building: Encouraging collaboration and maintaining morale. Budget and Resource Management: Monitoring finances, managing budgets, and ensuring necessary tools are available.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams Knowledge of local tourism trends and community engagement
