Job Description
We are seeking a competent and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations of the Oasis Hospital SACCO, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance member service delivery, while providing strong financial and leadership oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Board and Committee policies, decisions, and resolutions
- Oversee daily SACCO operations and administrative functions
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Supervise loan processing, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- Drive membership recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Cooperatives Management or a related field
- CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification is required
- Prior experience in SACCO management will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of SACCO regulations, including Cap 490 and SASRA guidelines
- Proven leadership, financial management, and analytical skills
