Our Client, an FMCG Distributor located in Nairobi & Nyanza is URGENTLY looking to fill in the position below:-
SALES ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with timely order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate customer database for all on trade and off trade customers
* Reconcile daily sales reports and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Assist in generating reports on sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* In charge of all outgoing customer communication on behalf of the Company.
* Manage the Company’s social media marketing
* Respond to customer queries and assist in resolving any sales-related issues.
* Ensure adherence to EABL distributor standards and processes.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Remuneration: Gross Kes. 30,000/- to 40,000/- plus incentives
