SALES AGENT

Job Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, generating sales, and contributing to the achievement of store and individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, and offers.
• Promote products and encourage sales.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Keep product displays attractive and well stocked.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions.
• Monitor customer feedback and share useful insights with supervisors.
• Support stock checks and other retail activities as required.

Requirements

• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive approach to customer service.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good product presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, and customer-focused.
