Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and gadgets based on customer needs
• Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and promotions
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and complementary products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on customer inquiries and leads
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Ensure products are properly displayed and priced
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock items
• Assist in stock counts and inventory management
• Ensure demo devices are functioning properly
• Support opening and closing procedures

Respond to customer inquiries through:

• WhatsApp
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Calls and SMS
• Assist with online order processing and customer follow-ups
• Create simple product videos or content when required
• Encourage customer reviews and referrals
• Ensure accurate invoicing and receipt issuance
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
