Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and presenting our services effectively. Daily tasks include generating and pursuing leads, explaining product features, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and staying updated with market trends and competitors to drive high performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers
  • Proven ability in lead generation, negotiating, and closing sales deals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales goals and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of ISP products and network solutions, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Customer service experience and a passion for delivering personalized support
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM tools for tracking sales progress
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications or IT industry is a plus
