What you will do:
ï‚· Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach
ï‚· Meet set sales targets
ï‚· Stock, replenish and clean sales areas
ï‚· Process payments of various kinds
 Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements, utilising specialist product knowledge
ï‚· To package goods for customers in a professional manner
ï‚· Effectively handle customer complaints
ï‚· Monitor and update display areas
ï‚· Count and balance cash register and receipts
ï‚· Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list
ï‚· Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform designated staff member of stock requirements
ï‚· Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager
ï‚· Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive

ï‚· Achievement of set sales targets
ï‚· Customer satisfaction as determined through surveys and direct feedback from customers
Stakeholder Engagement
ï‚· Effective collaboration with other Store Assistants and Store Managers to ensure an efficient and harmonious work environment
ï‚· Collaboration with Country Retail Managers and Store Visual Merchandisers to ensure VM strategies are effectively rolled out in each store
Competencies required:
ï‚· Strong organisational skills
ï‚· Strong collaboration skills
ï‚· Highly effective communication skills
ï‚· Problem solving skills
What you will bring to the role:
ï‚· Be able to communicate fluently in English
ï‚· Highly customer orientated
ï‚· Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients
ï‚· Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts
