Responsibilities or duties

Greet and assist customers politely and professionally.

Provide accurate product information and support purchasing decisions.

Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.

Process sales transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately.

Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product displays.

Safeguard stock, prevent losses, and ensure proper stock handling.

Operate POS systems and ensure proper cash handling and daily banking.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Comply with company policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and stock.

Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.

Experience needed

At least 2 years' experience in retail sales.
