Position: Sales /Business Development ConsultantLocation: Nairobi,Kenya Compensation:Basic Salary: KES 50,000Commission: Attractive commission on closed dealsAccelerator: Higher commission rates on exceeded targets A leading Recruitment & Corporate Training Servicescompany in East Africa is seeking highly motivated Sales / Business DevelopmentConsultants to drive new client acquisition for our services. This rolecombines lead generation, consultative B2B sales, and relationship buildingwith business owners and senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate isenergetic, resilient, reliable and passionate about growing businessopportunities in the professional services sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and events
- Identify and prospect organizations that require recruitment and training services
- Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring or leadership development needs
- Present the company’s recruitment and training solutions to decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly
- Build long-term client relationships with various professionals and business leaders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the service industry (mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills in English and Swahili
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently
Preferred
- Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or training services
