About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced performance team. The role involves engaging potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact at least 80 B2B leads per week.
- Follow up on leads regularly via calls and emails to understand project requirements, timelines, and customer needs.
- Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups on quotations to ensure closure and address client concerns.
- Schedule and participate in conference calls to address technical client queries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in high-value sales, preferably fiber optic solutions.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proven sales and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of fiber optic products
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
