SALES DIRECTOR - BPO & CONTACT CENTRE SERVICES
SALARY: Competitive
LOCATION: NAIROBI
All Candidates Must:
- 3+ years experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within BPO, call centre, outsourcing, or business services environments.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value local and international client accounts.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Experience leading, coaching & developing sales teams.
- Good communication, presentation & management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
