Sales Executive – Stationery Division

Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned geographical area by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. The role involves meeting sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and bookshops.
  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and bookshops.
  • Execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings to understand and address customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure customers are provided with updated and accurate price lists.
  • Conduct visibility audits and recommend or implement improvements using standard templates.
  • Collect customer orders and communicate delivery timelines effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Support the regional merchandising team where required.
  • Review customer statements, follow up on outstanding payments, and agree on clearance plans. Maintain and update daily collection reports.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys using the NPS dashboard.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Stationery manufacturing, or distribution.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
