DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Present and promote ERP, CRM, HRMS and related services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing team to support sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
