Job Description

Visit schools regularly to pitch the company’s books to teachers and school administrations.

Engage bookshops to stock and display book titles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers and bookshops.

Organise and participate in school events, bookfairs, and other KPA/KESSHA/KEPSHA forums.

Collect feedback from the field and share insights to improve products and marketing approaches.

Achieve set termly and annual sales targets.

Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or fieldwork (experience in publishing will be an added advantage).

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.

Strong command of English and Kiswahili.

Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills.

Confident, presentable and self-driven.
