Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell Videofied wireless security and intrusion detection systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for security technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Videofied security products.
- Prospect potential clients including corporates, retail businesses, warehouses, financial institutions, schools, and residential estates.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events where necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales (experience in security systems, CCTV, alarms, or ICT solutions is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license (if required for field sales).
