We are a growing and customer-focused organization committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. As part of our expansion strategy in Nairobi, we are seeking motivated, results-driven, and professional Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities within Nairobi and surrounding regions.
  • Promote and sell company products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Nairobi market and customer landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nairobi and its environs (added advantage).
