Job Summary:

Brookspace Properties is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and excels at closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable properties.
  •  Conduct property presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities in the market.
  •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using company tools.
  •  Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  •  Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market (e.g., Ruiru) is an advantage.
