• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Market and sell company properties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve set sales targets
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Utilize both online and offline marketing strategies to attract client
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a MUST
• Good understanding and familiarity with Ngong and Kikuyu markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in digital marketing and social media lead generation is an added advantage
• Must be professional, confident, and presentable
