JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating a robust pipeline through proactive cold calling and targeted outreach, converting inbound website leads, and utilizing strong consultative skills to close deals.

• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for our property management system.
• Convert qualified leads into active customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition.
• Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product value and benefits.
