Summary

Our client engaged in the manufacturer of Grade 1 sifted maize meal (maize flour) based in Juja, Kenya has the opportunity for sales executives to sell our flour to General Trade/ wholesalers.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow the distribution of our maize flour brand across Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with General Trade (GT) customers, wholesalers, and retailers, and be able to expand our product availability in key outlets.

Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with GT customers including wholesalers, distributors, and retail outlets in Nairobi.

Increase product availability and visibility in major wholesale markets and retail shops.

Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new customers.

Achieve agreed sales targets and grow market share.

Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.

Ensure timely order collection and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.

Education

Degree or diploma in sales and marketing or in a relevant field

More Details on Experience

Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with strong knowledge of the Nairobi GT market.

Existing relationships with wholesalers and retail traders is an added advantage.

Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid driving licence.

Must be Willing to provide reference letters from his previous employers, if worked previously and payslips for 4 months.
