Choice Bank is seeking a results-driven E-Bike Finance - Sales Lead to drive sales of our E-Bike financing products. You will lead the sales team, achieve targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Lead and manage the E-Bike Finance sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive business growth by generating new leads and managing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and financing.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to improve results.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in finance, banking, or automotive financing.
• Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
